OPEN Director, Sales & Business Development
Primary responsibility is to grow the orders pipeline through the creation, identification, and qualification of opportunities. You will report directly to the CEO and founder of the company.
OPEN Urethane Hand Caster – Entry Level
Primary responsibility is to cast thermoset urethane in molds to form urethane parts. You’ll also assemble molds using hand tools and operate ovens and mix machines.
FILLED Maintenance Specialist – Advanced
Primary responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems, such as casting machines, lathes, mills, ovens, vacuum pumps, sand blasters, and the facility overall. You’ll also be responsible for scheduling maintenance, ordering repair parts, and maintaining the parts inventory.
FILLED Precision Grinder – Entry Level
Your primary responsibility is to operate multiple lathes and CNC machines to trim and grind urethane parts and covered rollers. You’ll also use lathes and hand tools to strip urethane from cores and prepare cores for casting.
