Jim O’Marra, Inside Sales & Customer Service
Jim joined Urethane Innovators in 2020 as a Materials Manager and in 2021 was promoted to Procurement and Logistics Manager. In 2023 he was appointed to Inside Sales and Head of Customer Service, where his familiarity with UI’s extensive product line and excellent communication skills have served him and our customers well. Before coming to UI Jim had 20+ years of Logistics experience as well as being highly knowledgeable in a Manufacturing and Customer Service capacity.Outside of the office, Jim enjoys long weekend getaways with his wife and son. He relaxes by attending rock concerts and music festivals. He has been a huge supporter of his Boston Bruins, NY Giants and NY Yankees since he first picked up sporting equipment at a young age.
